Several brands and different societies are linked to the name of SAICAF and to the wonderful world of coffee. SAICAF SpA, founded in 1932, is the first in line: all production, transformation, marketing and merchandising activities take place here. According to the market request, 3 branch offices have been succeeding across the history: the main factory is located in the city center of Bari (Via Amendola), beating heart of commerce in the South of Italy.

SAICAF is also co-founder of SAO CAFE’ brand, and responsible for product distribution across Apulian and Lucanian area.
Tobiaco and San Paolo societies are historic Apulian brands, acquired from the group and destined to complete the selection for the food and public stores division. The Fin Coffee is the financial society of the group, born in 1991 to assist the financial needs of the group and the development of the commercial stores. The distribution of coffee in capsules and pods for office/little communities consumption , such as blends in grains with special roasting for automatic machines, is carried by SAICAF Vending .
The Association “Don Leonardo Lorusso”, last creation of the group, was born with the aim to spread the coffee culture and the secrets of Apulian espresso in Italy and abroad . From 2011 the association is engaged in a professional training program for those interested in the coffee world (bartender training courses).
The coffee bar “ Gran Caffè Saicaf” in Bari, is the most popular and legendary in the city.
Previously called “Caffè Savoia”, the coffee bar was transformed in the present “Gran Caffè SAICAF”, in 1987.
This last has been completely renowed in 2012, opening with a total look change after 80 years of city events and people that have marked the history of Bari – Corso Cavour. Not only a coffee bar, but a real istitution also.
